Welcome to Be Pilates and the world of Reformer Pilates!
 

We're here to help you feel comfortable, move at your own pace, and enjoy the experience. Here’s a little look at what to expect in your first Reformer class

What to Bring

  • Wear comfy, move-friendly clothes

  • Bring a bottle of water

  • A small sweat towel

Little Grip Socks

For safety and stability, grip socks are required in class. Don’t have a pair? No worries! We’ve got some super cute ones available for purchase at the studio.

Shoes Off, Slippers On

We kindly ask all guests to remove their shoes on the ground floor. Don’t worry! We’ve got cosy slippers waiting for you upstairs. It helps us keep the space calm, clean, and relaxed, just like home.

Bambi on a Reformer? Totally Normal

Our first go might feel a little wobbly — think baby deer on ice. That’s completely normal! The reformer is a new experience, and your coordination will come with time.

Relax and Enjoy the Ride

There’s no pressure here, Move, breathe, laugh a little! Just enjoy your time with us.
