Building on the foundational techniques you’ve learned, this class will help you refine your skills. You'll continue to challenge your body in a supportive environment, while gradually progressing to more advanced moves. It’s the ideal class to elevate your reformer Pilates journey!



HIIT x CARDIO
(Intermediate - Advanced)
Looking to sweat and elevate your heart rate? Our Reformer HIIT class is designed for those ready to challenge themselves and push their limits. This intense workout blends the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the high-energy rush of HIIT, incorporating equipment like jump boards to take your workout to the next level. Get ready to turn up the heat and unleash your full potential!


PRIVATE CLASS
(English / Chinese)
Our 1:1 sessions are ideal for those looking for a personalised workout that’s perfectly matched to their fitness level and goals. Working closely with you, our instructor will create a bespoke plan using the Reformer machine and other fitness equipment to help you achieve your desired results. We offer sessions in both English and Chinese, with plans to add more language options to ensure the best support for all our clients.
